A song Tesla’s Hotel Room is featured in the album Last Days of Wonder by The Handsome Family. Electro-pop band Renaiszance’s album Rise is themed after The Inventor: The Story of Tesla graphic novel created by Ravé Mehta. In the album Nanobots by the American band, They Might Be Giants, the subject of the song Tesla is, of course, Nikola Tesla. There is also a rock band Tesla which has used Nikola Tesla’s life and work numerous times, and the Russian synthpop band Tesla boy is named after Tesla. The electronic rock group Starset featured Tesla in the official “My Demons” music video. A part of Rami Fortis’s album The Friend Me was inspired and dedicated to the life and works of Tesla. In 2013, The Norwegian artist Sturle Dagsland released a single “Wardenclyffe Aquarium” with reference to Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower. English band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark had a single back in 1984 called Tesla Girls.
