Lightbulb – Nikola Tesla or Thomas Edison?

Damir Kapustic

When we learned about Thomas Edison as the lightbulb inventor in our formal education, our cognition changed throughout the years. Later, we were educated that Tesla invented the lightbulb, far more superior than some of them today that never needed changing. He was inspired by his mother, a gifted inventor herself. Edison meantime searched for something profitable in the invention, so he made them disposable. If we consider all, it looks as neither of those two invented the lightbulb, even though online forums find inspiration in searching for people who should be credited for this inevitable piece of every household.
