On the gentle hills of the Drava River valley in northern Croatia, within the hectares of vineyards of Maruševec Castle, grows the vine. The vines thrive on the limestone-rich soil, and since 1883, the finest, healthy grapes have been handpicked. Dry white and rosé wines are produced: Sauvignon, Yellow Muscat, White Pinot, Pinot Noir, Black Pinot Rosé, Pinot Blush, Cuvée Barrique, as well as Brut and Brut Rosé sparkling wines. The distinctly fresh wines are characterized by herbal notes and fruity aromas, and the high quality of Maruševec Castle wines consistently earns awards at Croatian and international wine competitions.

Since 2015, Mr. Maximilian von Pongratz and Mr. Christoph Eder have been revitalizing Maruševec Castle winery.
