One of the most impressive monuments to Nikola Tesla is located in Queen Victoria Park, Niagara Falls, Canada. The monument is the work of sculptor Les Drysdale of Hamilton, Canada. He was chosen in an international competition to make a monument to Nikola Tesla overlooking Niagara Falls. The sculpture of Tesla stands on top of an AC motor, which is one of his many inventions. The monument was unveiled on July 9, 2006.
