Nikola Tesla in the Croatian Walk of Fame

The Croatian Walk of Fame is the Croatian version of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is located on the main promenade in the city of Opatija, a popular tourist destination in Croatia. People who have contributed to the promotion of Croatia in the world through their sports, scientific, cultural, or artistic work have found their place in this street. Nikola Tesla received his star among the first 8 winners.

There are currently more than 30 stars on the Croatian Street of Fame. Along with Nikola Tesla, Ruđer Bošković, Janica Kostelić, Dražen Petrović, Goran Ivanišević, Rade Šerbeđija, Slavoljub Eduard Pankala and others also have stars.
