Nikola Tesla in video games
Tesla was an inspiration not only for science but also for culture. He was found in many video games as well. A scientist working for the USSR in the series of video games Command & Conquer Red Alert, one of the main characters in the Dark Void, in the Rockstar Games 2018 he is paid homage to a character called Marko Dragic. The line continues Tesla vs. Lovecraft, where Tesla fights monsters summoned by Lovecraft. He is an ally of the Assassin's order in the Assassin's Creed series. In Fate/Grand Order, Tesla appears in the London Singularity and briefly in E Pluribus Unum Singularity as an Archer-class Servant. Tesla is the one to create a vast spaceship used for traveling. In 2009 Zen Studios developed a virtual pinball table about Tesla's work and experiments, which became one of the first four tables in its first pinball game. Tesla’s character appears in the 2019 adventure horror video game Close to the Sun and in the 2020 game Iron Harvest, the mechs, or automachines as they are called, are inventions of Tesla. No one can blame them because he was and is an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
